Return & Exchange Policy
Return
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and the return will be approved within 2 days.
Exchange
If you want to exchange your saree, please contact us on WhatsApp and provide:
- A video clearly showing the issue with the product.
- Images of the saree highlighting the problem.
Once we review your request, we will inform you if the exchange is possible. Exchange approval is subject to stock availability and our assessment of the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
